Gifts for Teens is the area’s only program that provides funds to ensure that teenagers from struggling families receive a holiday gift.
How does Gifts for Teens work?
WAIM provides a voucher to parents of eligible teens (ages 13-17, enrolled in school) to ensure they can purchase a gift for their teen.
How can I help?
Donate funds to help us provide vouchers for gifts to all who need them. A typical gift certificate is $30.
Donation deadline is second week in December.
Donations can be made by Check (payable to WAIM, memo line “Gifts For Teens,” mail to: WAIM, P.O. Box 221, Willimantic, CT 06226).
Or donations can be made online – in memo, note write in “Gifts for Teens program.”
